Terms and Conditions

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. Live Arrival Guarantee – We guarantee live and healthy fish on arrival if delivery instructions are followed and someone is present to receive the package immediately.

  2. Shipping & Delivery – Shipments are made on scheduled days to ensure fish safety. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses are beyond our control.

  3. Pickup Orders - We offer in-store pickup for certain orders; however, pickup must be completed within 72 hours of your purchase. After 72 hours, your order will be automatically refunded, MINUS a $15 restocking fee.

  4. Acclimation – You agree to properly acclimate your fish upon arrival using the provided instructions to minimize stress or loss.

  5. DOA Policy (Dead on Arrival) – Any DOA claims must include clear photos of the unopened bag within 2 hours of delivery. Refunds or replacements are issued according to our policy.

  6. Returns & Cancellations – Due to the nature of live animals, we do not accept returns or last-minute order cancellations once shipping has begun.

  7. Water Quality & Tank Conditions – We are not responsible for losses caused by poor water conditions, tankmates, or improper acclimation after arrival.

  8. Customer Responsibility – The buyer confirms they understand local laws regarding fish ownership and that the species purchased are legal to own in their area.

  9. Agreement – By checking out, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions and the Live Arrival Guarantee Policy.
